Silicon nitride photonics fabrication run
Your microcomb and laser designs, fabricated on the copper-free Si₃N₄ platform behind our own products. Includes optional piezo actuator integration, micro-heaters and full design support.
Deeplight is not a general-purpose PIC foundry and may decline designs outside this scope.
